1. How to Order?

Ordering from Carromkhelo is easy:

• Select the product you want to buy (Coins, Gems, etc.).
• Enter your accurate Game ID and WhatsApp number.
• Complete the payment and enter the Transaction ID / UTR on the checkout page.

2. Delivery Time

Most of our digital products like Coins and Gems are delivered within 10 to 30 minutes during our working hours.

3. Payment Methods

We accept all major UPI apps including PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, standard bank transfers, and Binance / Crypto. Make sure to double-check the UPI ID or Binance Pay ID before making the payment.

4. Frequently Asked Questions

Is my account safe?
Yes! For Coins, Gems, and Carrom Pass, we need your game Login ID and Password to process the order. For Stickers, Pucks, Trails, and Emojis, only your Game ID (Unique ID) is required. Your details are 100% safe, and we log out immediately after the order is processed.

What if my order is delayed?
Sometimes servers are slow. Please wait for 30 minutes and then contact our support team with your order details.
